Don’t waste your time and money with this pos. He is so arrogant and mean spirited it’s not even funny. If he wins cases then fine, I’d deal with his behavior. However he is not only lazy but he LOSES! If you hire this garbage as your lawyer your case will go down the drain hole and there is no comi...ng back from it. I regret ever having to come in contact with him and wish I would’ve hired a qualified and respectable person from the start. Truly a nightmare to work with!!!

We had a bad auto accident caused by an impaired driver. I wasn't sure that I needed an attorney because it was so clearly the other driver's fault and my insurance company was being very responsive. I prepared a full file with our statements, witnesses, medical records and billing, photos and videos... - which the office promptly lost. I resent it twice because they said they didn't receive it. They finally stopped asking for it but also never looked at it, because they would call with questions that were easily answered if they looked at what I sent them. They never even wrote a demand letter - out insurance company and the driver at fault's company just sent checks for the maximum. Bye-bye 33%, which he got for doing next to nothing other than being annoying. He claims I would not have received the full amount if I didn't have an attorney, but I don't believe that my share would have been any less without him. I also wanted him to go after the driver's estate and he wouldn't because he said there was nothing there to gain. I think he meant that it wouldn't be worth his time but I would have liked to get all that I could because I lost over a year of my life to the injuries. I don't question his success rate or competence to settle a case - but he did very little actual work for us and was very unpleasant to deal with. Before hiring him I suggest talking to at least 1-2 other attorneys and checking their reviews.
