David is all of the things you want in an attorney as noted in my scores above. He is excellent at not only being reasonable but explaining the law in terms that the average person can understand. He is very open about the inequities in the system so you are prepared for not only what may come from t...he other side but form the judge as well. I couldn't recomend David more highly and if I needed an attorney I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. You can't always win but with David you can't go wrong.

Never been sued and not knowing what to do nor expect, made phone calls to attorneys of whom I know and worked with thru work and ask for referrals of an attorney they have worked with dealing in Real Estate. David DeCastro came highly recommended. Prior to meeting with him, sent over the suit served... for his review. Given the accusations made in the suit, Mr. DeCastro asked in our first meeting if there was merit in the suit. Obviously NO, he then assured me that its a case he can represent us on given he has represented others in similar suits. His calmness and assurance along with talking us thru the process has given us peace of mind. Going forward with the case, Mr. DeCastro handled himself with profession and understanding in what seemed like eternity of the ordeal my family had to endure. With precision, Mr. DeCastro executed our defense strategicaly. End result, we won our case and was able to obtain judgement for the cost of our defense.
