Ali Ziai

Don't waste your money on hiring Ali Ziai. Absolutely worthless! He is completely clueless on DUI laws. He only showed up to court once and I had to go. If I didn't do my own research and turn in my own evidence, who knows what the outcome would have been. He stole my money and they did nothing. Find... someone who knows what they are doing.

He is the best lawyer. He has an extensive background as a prosecutor and it shows. I was very upset when I was served with a restraining order from my abusive ex-employer. This woman is completely unreasonable and was harassing me for over a year until I snapped and left some nasty voicemails. She t...hen served me with a restraining order. I called a few lawyers but felt comfortable right away with Ali. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. All my questions were always answered promptly and thoroughly. We gathered all my evidence and were ready to go. However, I was so upset and nervous about seeing my tormentor in court. I was having a hard time sleeping and functioning from all the worry and stress. I expressed this concern with him and he understood and took charge. We had a slam-dunk case, so he talked to the person‘s attorney and she dismissed the case 11 hours before the hearing due to the evidence we had that proved she was the aggressor. Ali saved me big time. I have no idea how I would’ve got through this without him. Highly recommend him as an attorney and you’ll be in amazing hands if you retain him.

Ali Zia represented my mother for an elder abuse restraining order and he FAILED miserably. He is a one man show with nobody to rely on but himself. I remember he even complained about having to make copies because it took so much of his time and his old printer wouldn't work half the time. He cla...imed he was friends with the judge and that her case was a slam dunk. He said he worked 12+ years with the judge at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office and that he was very close friends and they hung out all the time. That of course was a lie as the judge repeatedly struck him down in court and made him look like a fool. He even went as far as to charge thousands of dollars for court transcripts and then refused to share them. When my mother lost the restraining order he blamed everyone but himself and even started to harass me by email. His REPRESENTATION IS A JOKE and when in court he looked confused, fumbled with paperwork, and didn't know how to object or handle himself professionally. The defendants attorney ran circles around him. My mother lost her case because she relied on Ali Zia. I wouldn't recommend Ali to my worst enemy. Ali Zia CANNOT BE TRUSTED. He doesn't understand the meaning of client confidentially and will share personal and confidential information if you don't pay him on time and will quit without notice. Ali has very little experience outside of being a paper pusher at the District Attorney's office. Ali is not even a certified family law specialist yet he practices family law. He may have only 2-3 years of real court room experience which is not much. Again, I wouldn't recommend Ali to my worst enemy.
