Sara Denise Fazio

Sara Fazio focuses her practice on the representation of clients with respect to corporate law, business and civil litigation, professional liability, real estate litigation, homeowner association law and insurance coverage.  Prior to joining the firm, she worked in several areas of law, including family law, landlord-tenant, insurance subrogation, judgment execution, workers’ compensation and lien negotiation, and immigration. Sara graduated with honors from the Ventura College of Law. 

While in law school, Sara interned with the Ventura County District Attorney and served as a member of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.  She received several awards for academic excellence, including a place on the dean’s honor list, the Witkin Award, and the highest grade in tort and constitutional law.  Sara now represents her clients with the same dedication that earned her these honors.

Sara received her B.A. in history from San Francisco State University, where she had the opportunity to hone her research, writing, and analytical skills.  While at SFSU, Sara was a member of the History Students Associations and vice president of Phi Alpha Theta, a national history honor society.  She also earned several other academic awards, including the Undergraduate Distinguished Scholar Award, the Joe Martin Memorial Scholarship, and was invited to join the Golden Key International Society.

Sara is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and the Central District of the United States District Court.  She is a member of numerous professional legal organizations, including the Ventura County Bar Association and State Bar of California.
