Excellent Attorney

In 2016 I found myself being placed on paid leave by employer for no apparent reason. I knew it wasn't right but didn't know just how wrong it was until I met Mr. Tashnizi. Paul represented me and was able to negotiate a settlement that enabled me to retire. He was knowledgeable, thorough, steadfast and compassionate. If you are being discriminated against, treated unfairly or. Being bullied in the workplace, Paul is your guy.

An excellent attorney, to say the least.

During our conversation, I had asked Mr. Tashnizi questions regarding his knowledge of contracts (pertaining to a Family Center that assists Special Needs children) - as I was looking for that particular service for a friend. In a myriad of attorneys in our area, Mr. Tashnizi comes across as not only very knowledgeable, but also extremely gracious. His candor and demeanor is beyond pleasant; and I look forward to connecting with him again.

Employment and labor

I was referred to Paul Tashnizi. I have never needed an attorney before. I was so pleased with him. He was very caring, understanding, and straight to the point. He covered all avenues that needed to be covered. He stood by me with every question/answer that I had to give to the opposing attorney. Made sure to get all the necessary information needed to fight my case and then some. Will I refer him to someone that needs a great attorney, most definitely. I have referred him a few times already. Every time I hear someone say, I need an attorney, I hand them Paul Tashnizi number. Trust me, whoever hired him would be so pleased with the outcome. I know I was definitely pleased. An amazing attorney.

Awesome Lawyer

Exceptional Advocate

Paul is an exceptional advocate. He stood by me at a time in my life that I needed it most. Great results

He staff was very friendly and professional. All my calls were returned promptly. Mrs. Tashnizi won a settlement for me for job related disrimination. He was very courteous and is extremity good at his profession. I would most definitely recommend him.

The BEST anti-discrimintation attorney out there!

Paul was wonderful to work with. From the very beginning he was professional, diligent and did everything he could to make all the process go as smoothly as possible. You can tell he has a passion for what he does and he makes you feel like family when working with him. He was always available whenever needed and would return phone calls and e mails asap. I would hands down recommend Paul to anyone looking for a GREAT anti-discrimination, labor and employment attorney.

Above and Beyond with a Personal Touch

Paul made me feel like family from day one in what was an emotional roller coaster of a case. He personally returned all of my calls and was available for questions all the time. He has Kelsey as his assistant and she was fantastic too. If you want someone who will fight for you and who makes you feel like your case is as important to him as it is to you... Paul is your man!
