I only wish I had started with Mr. Hopstone. I paid several lawyers over the course of seven years, and I have been at a minimum financially devastated by attorneys more interested in plotting out the most profitable course of actions, or charging the highest rates for incompetence or certainly m...inimal expertise, or not able to handle the complexities of arbitration or litigation. They were good for the easy stuff and just took my money for what they couldnt handle even though one of the firms presents itself as a quality Beverly Hills law firm. This has not been the case with Joshua Hopstone. I believe he has represented me in as prudent, caring, and considerate a manner leading me from hopelessness to hope. He has enormous intelligence and ability, very knowledgeable and great temperament, was willing to discuss and answer all my questions in a timely fashion, very honest and conscientious. He thought of possibilities that I could not have imagined and helped me to play out the logical consequences of ...any course of action I might pursue. i was embroiled in a nasty conflict with a threatening neighbor, and through Josh's common sense, calm approach, we got the neighbor to back down.
