I relied upon Jeffrey Graff to represent me in a divorce. There were significant errors in the paper work he prepared on my behalf - repeatedly. My paper work had to be redone three times, even though he continually tried to get me to sign the incorrect paper work. He missed a filing deadline beca...use he did not understand a simple rule, which could cost me thousands of dollars. He lied to me about the status of my case. Now, he will not refund my $5,000 retainer, even though he acknowledges the errors and missing the deadline. I very strongly recommend staying as far away from Jeffrey Graff as possible. This is the type of individual that has given lawyers a bad reputation - he is not trustworthly
