I hired Jeff as my third, and luckily final, attorney for a very high conflict divorce and custody proceeding. Jeff took over and cleaned up the mess that was my case right away with no hesitation despite the very high conflict. He was very reasonable and understanding with my initial retainer and on...going payments - not something I had with any other attorney! Jeff handled a co-owned business separation and did not back down from difficult negotiations with the other party! Jeff helped me through the custody and support trials for two children and did an amazing job during multi-day trials. Always punctual and at every hearing, and always a phone call or email away - even on the weekend for a few emergencies I had to deal with regarding delicate custody issues. You will not meet or hire are more supportive attorney to help you with your case!

I had the simplest of divorces. No property of note, no children, no major issues and Mr. Graff spent three years on it yet still had not finished. I sent him many emails about my concerns and he would always tell me everything was on track and going well. Most of the time he was on "vacation" whi...ch was hard to believe after about the second year. I had no idea of how long it should have taken and have since learned it shouldn't have taken more than about 6 months. When I finally confronted him he became indignant and told me "I'm working hard on your matter". Maybe he was working hard but it certainly wasn't for me. I am an elderly, disabled man and was cruelly abused by my spouse during the marriage and he knew this from the beginning. Three years in I began to send him truly desperate messages expressing my distress yet he showed no true concern. After sending him a few irate messages he responded arrogantly. I finally removed him as my attorney and decided to represent myself (in pro per). Soon after "firing" him he offered to represent me again but only if I'd give him another $2,500 retainer. Unsure of representing myself I initially thought I would take him up on his offer then realized it would be a horribly stupid mistake. Also, soon after removing him as my attorney, I found he had overcharged me about $4,500 (he did refund this money after I gave him documentation). He is to be avoided. After my "matter" is finished I will do all I can to have him disciplined and reprimanded by the appropriate authorities. I can prove all my assertions beyond question. If he responds to my review I'm sure he will do so emphatically as he did with another negative review I had read all too late.

The first time I met with Mr. Graff. I was being sued for divorce. I already had a case on going overseas. Mr. Graff calmy reviewed the details of my case and devised a clear strategy. He clearly explained everything to me and reassured me everything would work out, just be patient and let him do his... work. Its clear he has a very strong grasp of the law, is very experienced, and professional. This is the kind of person you want representing you when the chips are down. I felt like he has taken my case very seriously. He always answers the phone and never leaves you hanging. He is completely up front about everything including trying to resolve your case with the absolute least amount of impact on you financially, emotionally, and time. He is the best attorney and I would recommend him to anyone in need of family law, divorce, custody, etc. When I needed help Mr. Graff was there. Again he is the best.

I hired Jeff to represent me in my divorce. It got to be much more complicated and lengthy than either of us realized originally and Jeff was there every step of the way to help me through an extremely difficult and stressful time. He worked diligently to find avenues to protect me both financially... and personally through the divorce proceedings and a restraining order.
