You are eligible for traffic school. You can set the matter for trial. If the officer does not show, the case will be dismissed.

Call the clerk of the court and see if you can get an extension. You can do traffic school online.

You must get a trial de novo in order to get traffic school. If the officer does not show at trial, the case will be dismissed. Get an attorney!
