Get a copy of your DMV record. dmv.ca.gov. This will tell you what you were cited for.

Your speed makes you ineligible for traffic school. You can try and get the matter put on the calendar and request traffic school. It may be too late.
If a speeding ticket was never filed with the courts in California does that mean it was dismissed

Officers have one year to file an infraction. You should check every month to see if it was filed.

You need an attorney ASAP. You have 10 days to notify DMV and request a hearing; discovery and stay.

I agree with Mr. Marshall-
The color of the car can be wrong- but they got your plates. It may be easier to pay than to fight.
