About Kevin
Biography
Kevin Flahavan specializes in automobile accidents, premises liability, and all areas relating to personal injury litigation. He began running our Westlake Village, CA office in 2013 and has successfully handled all types of personal injury cases, winning jury trials and through mediation.
Kevin's resolve and dedication has resulted in millions of dollars recovered on behalf of his clients. Most notably, in January, 2016, he was our lead attorney in a premises liability action that resulted in a settlement for over 3.3 million dollars. Kevin has a strong passion for the profession and a genuine care for his clients. He has also been a contributor to the Personal Injury Practice Guide since 2014.
Kevin is active in several professional organizations including: The Los Angeles County Bar Association; The Ventura County Bar Association; The Ventura Trial Lawyers Association and The Ventura County Inns of Court. He is also involved in several charitable endeavors aimed at improving the Ventura community.
