Tamara Lynn Harper

I used Tamara in regards to trademark services. At first meeting she seemed pleasant and able to perform the work needed to properly register a trademark. When the work got a little more involved it was difficult to communicate with her and billing seemed unreasonable. I never felt the security that ...she truly had my best interest in mind.

First of all, I have never left a bad review for another professional before. But I felt this was important and others should be made aware if you are using or considering hiring Tamara Harper for your legal services. I went to Tamara Harper to update my living trust. It all started out really well. ...But I felt once she got paid her service level and caring to get things done really faltered. At one point I was charged several hundred extra dollars for a phone call she made to me. I understand lawyers charge when you call them to consult with them on the phone but she called me. Then she sent in a deed to record and it got lost in the mail. Fine things like this happen. I get it but she never told me this. She only sent me an additional invoice for a fee. When asked what this fee was for, I was told that she sent the deed in a 2nd time by fed ex and there was an additional fee for that plus an additional recording fee. When I discussed this with her office staff I was told that they would pay the recording fee and once the deed came in and I picked it up I would reimburse them for the recording fee and settle any outstanding money owed which I think was close to 75.00-100.00 . Another month and half went by and still no word. I called once or twice and sent an email. Finally I called again and was told by the office staff that the deed package was sent to me because the deed was rejected since they never sent in the fee to record the deed. Now it was just up to me to handle this myself. I found this extremely unprofessional. I was very disappointed in her service. I felt rushed to get in a sign all the documents in December and pay her and now it almost June and still no deed and some loose ends still hanging which are now my responsibility to handle. I would not recommend her for legal services and found the overall experience to be very disappointing and unsatisfying.
