Great work

K. Warner did a very good job for my accident case. I'm very happy with how it turned out.

Guy is no dummy

Good attorney, but very pricey! He will get the job done but is highly adversarial with opposing counsel & demands $$ all the time for the ongoing fees associated with his purported flat fee retainer. He quoted me $7,500 to handle my case and by the time I was done I spent over $20,000 and that was a... battle to get him to finish the case for that amount. will bill you to the moon and back.

Expertise is billing

Ken Warner burned through $36,000 of my money without any type of resolution. He demanded $10,000 retainers at a time and told me that if I did not keep my retainer current, he would cease to represent me. He would make mistakes which I had to correct. When in court he would fumble, lose his train... of thought, never presented any concrete strategy. He would make strange facial grimaces. I would e-mail him a question, he would give me an answer, and several days later would give me a totally different answer. Finally out of despair, I asked my parents for a $20,000 loan so I could continue my case with another attorney. He milked me for all my money, wrote letters back and forth to opposing counsel, and nothing was ever resolved. He was definitely the worst attorney ever.

Excellent service from an attorney that actually cared!

I hired Mr. Warner to help me with my divorce, and having heard many horror stories about divorces in general was nothing but impressed with Mr. Warner's service, willingness to listen to what I actually wanted, and knowledge on the subject. I really have never had someone call me back so quickly.... Ken would make sure, without fail, to call me the same day I called him if he wasn't able to take my call, often not even charging me for the calls. What really impressed me the most however was ability to get me what I wanted without it costing too much, or wasting my time. I was very emotional about the whole situation and Ken made sure that it did not get out of hand. On more than one occasion he kept me from going in unnecessary costly directions and spending money I did not need to. This was very important to me since I had heard horror stories about the costs of divorce. I was very happy with my service and will go back to this office in the future if I need to without any hesitation.

Waste of Money

I found early on that Mr Warner is very good at generating charges against a retainer but showing little progress. He ate through my retainer of $8500.00 in less than one month and we did not even go to court as I can remember during that time. He continued to badger me to send him additional funds ... or he would not continue the case. He charged for every single little thing that he or his staff did. I told him not to call me anymore because I could not afford his phone calls about nothing. He would forget to credit incorrect charges that were called to his attention. I would never hire Mr Warner again and I would warn others based on my experiance, that they would need deep pockets to have the likes of a Mr Warner to represent them and expecting very little to nothing for all that expense. I pulled the plug on Mr warner after he plowed through over $12,000.00 and I began acting as my own attorney.
