Grant Steven Pederson

The firm is led by Attorney Grant Pederson, who took over the practice from his father, Steve Pederson, upon his retirement. Grant Pederson is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law with the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Grant is a member of and past attorney chairman of the Conejo Valley Estate Planning Council. He is also a member of the Ventura County Bar Association, California State Bar – Trusts and Estates Section. Grant Pederson received his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1999. In 2006, he received his Juris Doctorate from the Ventura College of Law. Before joining his father at Pederson Law Offices in 2003, Attorney Grant Pederson worked as a Solutions Engineer for Accenture, Ltd., a global consulting firm where he helped design and implement strategic business systems for Fortune 500 companies. He is honored to carry on the legacy of his father’s law practice and serve the community in which he was born and raised.

Todd Vigneux received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 1985 from CSUN and his Juris Doctorate with honors from the Ventura College of Law in 2006. Todd also has a Graduated Certificate in Estate Planning from the Golden Gate University. Prior to joining Pederson Law Offices in 2013, Todd was the Chief Financial Officer of a local manufacturing company. Todd is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association, California State Bar - Trusts and Estates Section, California State Bar – Taxation Section, and CPA/Law Society of Ventura County.

Camille Aceituno received two Bachelor's degrees, one in Politics and one in Philosophy, from UC Santa Cruz in 2006 and her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego in 2011. Prior to joining Pederson Law Offices at the beginning of 2020, Camille worked in a variety of practice areas, but most recently worked in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, and probate in San Diego then Chico. Camille is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She is also a member of the Ventura County Bar Association and the California State Bar - Trusts and Estates Section

Russell Jokela earned his Juris Doctorate degree with highest honors from the Ventura College of Law in 2022, where he was first in his class. He has been with the firm since 2013, gathering extensive estate planning experience and working in various capacities before becoming a licensed attorney. He is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association and the California State Bar - Trusts and Estates Section. Russell is passionate about helping his clients achieve their estate planning goals with confidence and peace of mind.

Steve Pederson (Retired) received his degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1966, his Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from San Diego State University in 1964, and his Juris Doctorate from Western State University School of Law in 1975. Attorney Steve Pederson worked as a Senior Design Engineer for General Dynamics Corporation from 1966 to 1975, where he assisted in the design of numerous aerospace vehicles, including the Space Shuttle and Cruise Missile. He then worked as a Los Angeles attorney from 1975 to 1981, where he handled civil litigation cases in the areas of aviation, product liability, medical malpractice, and vehicular accidents. In 1982, Attorney Steve Pederson founded his Thousand Oaks firm, Pederson Law Offices, with a focus on estate and business planning.
