I was referred to the practice through a friend, who had said great things about both Kenneth and Darren Warner. I worked with both in various phases, and found them to be honest, professional, and hard working. The circumstances in which I met them could have been better, but the outcome they deli...vered was as promised. Let me preface this by saying I never thought I would have to hire an attorney to protect me against a Domestic Violence Restraining Order. Once the shock of having this motion filed against me wore off I realized that I needed legal counsel. He outlined what we were up against in my case and prepared me that while he completely trusted in me and the merits of my side of the case. Court appearances were delayed by weeks due to previous commitments on the part of the judge. Ken Warner also appeared every time Darren and I were in court as well to lend support and his many years of experience to my case. Darren presented a very well prepared case, it was laid out clearly and concisely in regards to opening statements, direct examination of myself and other witnesses and his closing argument was in my opinion nothing short of brilliant. I believe thanks Mr. Warner's brilliantly prepared and executed case the judge ruled in our favor and threw out the plaintiff's claim as baseless.
