Let me preface this by saying I never thought I would have to hire an attorney to protect me against a Domestic Violence Restraining Order. Once the shock of having this motion filed against me wore off I realized that I needed legal counsel. From the moment I hired him, I liked Darren personally and professionally. He outlined what we were up against in my case and prepared me that while he completely trusted in me and the merits of my side of the case. Darren presented a very well prepared case, it was laid out clearly and concisely in regards to opening statements, direct examination of myself and other witnesses and his closing argument was in my opinion nothing short of brilliant. I believe thanks Mr. Warner's brilliantly prepared and executed case the judge ruled in our favor and threw out the plaintiff's claim as baseless.
