Let me preface this by saying I never thought I would have to hire an attorney to protect me against a Domestic Violence Restraining Order. Once the shock of having this motion filed against me wore off I realized that I needed legal counsel. I believe thanks Mr. Warner's brilliantly prepared and executed case the judge ruled in our favor and threw out the plaintiff's claim as baseless.
