Best workers comp lawyer
I would highly recommend choosing Sunny Delitala as your lawyer. From the first few minutes I spoke with her, I felt at ease and knew she would get the job done. She is competent, caring, firm (in a good way) and extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about the law. She not only keeps you in the loop but is there for you as a person not just a client. An attorney worth listening to.
Let me start off by saying I typically don’t write reviews, especially about lawyers, However, with the lack of communication I got from my current attorney, I felt that it was important for me to “shop” around for a new lawyer. I came across Sunny and let me say her name is the perfect name because she was a ray of sunshine and a joy to speak with. While speaking with Sunny, I almost forgot I was speaking with an attorney because she was not only patience and listen to every word I have to say, but she also took the time to educate me on the process and walk me through step by step. I was NOT paid for this review, rather, I felt compel to share my interaction with Sunny, and if I can help one person dealing with a WC claim to reach out to her and see how great she is, then I did my job!

I have to drop by and say what a great Job Sunny and her staff did special shout out to her assistant as well Shayna. Highly recommended!
Sunny was great from the first time I spoke with her and along the way she constantly touched bases one on one and made sure I fully understood the process and what was required of me.
She helped me overcome my anxiety about the WC process which can be very difficult . She was kind, but firm as she knew I needed that and always professional.
She's a fighter and knowledgeable,settled my case in about 6 months and got everything she could more than I expected.
Her office ataff were kind and always replied promptly to any questions or concerns

An INCREDIBLE Worker's Comp. Lawyer
Sunny was the most incredible lawyer for me. She is very professional and easy to work with. She walked me through the entire process on the first day and would speak in the easiest way, so I could understand the whole thing. Sunny Shined For Me!
I'm not a lawyer, and I don't play one on TV. So I must point out that not everyone's experience will match mine. I just might have been lucky in several ways.
Ms. Delitala took great pains to ensure that I understood the various aspects of the case before I made the decisions to move forward. In this, she did as a good counselor should.
As I listened to her advice and didn't try to play games with the legal and medical systems involved in this process, things went very smoothly. In fact, things concluded faster than we expected.

The force you need behind you!!!
If you want a great attorney to fight for you she is the one!!!! She took on my workman comp case from a big big mutlimillion company. She immediately went to work and never backeddown to them. She is very hard working and works late (i recieved late night email to prove her dedication). She didn't play around with your life as some attorneys do. I would highly highly recommend her. She is a very kind hearted attorney but is like an attack dog when she is fighting for you!!!! I thank you a million times over!!!!

No One Like Her
I had two attorneys prior to Sunny. I never hard from either after I met them the first time. Multiple calls and emails unanswered. Then I found Sunny. Dealing with her was the best experience I ever had. She helped me receive ask the medical care and treatment i needed. Sunny was always active on my case. Always in touch and never tried to get me to settle early for shy money. She was in it with me for the long haul and helped me broker a good settlement. Sunny is the only attorney I would ever trust. I needed help with my workmen's comp claim. The Adjuster for my employer was not very helpful guiding me through the process of my claim. I made a couple of calls to different attorneys, hoping to find someone who can help me with my claim. After calling Sunny's Delitala office I found what I was looking for. Her staff was attentive, caring, and willing to help me every step of the way. I was very surprised that Sunny took the time to talk to me and listen to my concerns. After our conversation, I felt I had the right attorney to handle my case. I met with Sunny to review my case at her office in Temecula.
