D. Sunny Delitala

I would highly recommend choosing Sunny Delitala as your lawyer. From the first few minutes I spoke with her, I felt at ease and knew she would get the job done. She is competent, caring, firm (in a good way) and extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about the law. She not only keeps you in the ...loop but is there for you as a person not just a client. She looks out for you and handles everything. Ultimately, I was very pleased with the outcome and for her support and guidance. Her staff is amazing as well - Shayna is awesome!

Let me start off by saying I typically don’t write reviews, especially about lawyers, However, with the lack of communication I got from my current attorney, I felt that it was important for me to “shop” around for a new lawyer. I came across Sunny and let me say her name is the perfect name because ...she was a ray of sunshine and a joy to speak with. While speaking with Sunny, I almost forgot I was speaking with an attorney because she was not only patience and listen to every word I have to say, but she also took the time to educate me on the process and walk me through step by step. I was NOT paid for this review, rather, I felt compel to share my interaction with Sunny, and if I can help one person dealing with a WC claim to reach out to her and see how great she is, then I did my job!

I needed help with my workmen's comp claim. The Adjuster for my employer was not very helpful guiding me through the process of my claim. I made a couple of calls to different attorneys, hoping to find someone who can help me with my claim. After calling Sunny's Delitala office I found what I was loo...king for. Her staff was attentive, caring, and willing to help me every step of the way. I was very surprised that Sunny took the time to talk to me and listen to my concerns. After our conversation, I felt I had the right attorney to handle my case. I met with Sunny to review my case at her office in Temecula. After our meeting, I walked away feeling relieved and confident that I found the right attorney that would help me with my case. Sunny is very professional but most of all very caring and honest.

I was specifically looking for someone who not only knew the law, but an attorney who would represent me in an ethical and professional manner. Sunn...y more than exceeded my expectations. I was stunned she personally communicated with me whether it was via email or a personal telephone call. I did speak to her staff sometimes and they were professional and kind too. She provided reassurance which relieved me of stress and worry associated with my case. I was definitely in very capable hands. I was proud to have her representing me!!
