Many of our elderly clients find their long term care planning can include seeking government assistance. Our office can assist in the planning for Medi-Cal eligibility, determining exempt assets, asset transfers and the preparation of Care Contracts. In addition, we plan and prepare Special Needs Trusts for individuals who want to leave assets to a beneficiary who is receiving government assistance

As part of an estate plan or separately, our office assists clients in determining the type of Powers of Attorney, Health and Business Management that is appropriate under the circumstances.
