I filed for divorce and a few days later my wife filed for a restraining order and added our children into it. This was in San Mateo county where all the odds were against me. Ok to be specific I was going through divorce which is no fun of course back in 2017... so me and my ex came to the agreement that we signed ... at that time I had a lawyer that my friend recommended me... so we sighed the Agreement.
