This lawyer took $4000 and stated I had a good case and she would be filing against the company I worked for . After taking the money she would Not return calls and when you did finally get a hold of her she acted like you were a bother. She made made empty promises and takes advantage of those who a...re without hope only to destroy your what little hope you do have. This attorney only cares about screwing you and hoping you will give up. This lawyer stated she would wrap the case with the "shaving of hour and wages", because of the advice of this attorney, and because she sat on the case for 8 months and she had done absolutely nothing except take the money... Finally fed up when she did decide to return one of my numerous calls and emails, I asked why was it taking so long? Her advice to me was " Feel free to get another attorney...." Advice to those looking to hire a Professional, Honest, Qualified attorney.... look elsewhere. I gave up I lost over a year of overtime because Dept of Labor only goes back 2 years from the time you left. On the advice of this attorney she stated to get a "right to sue letter". Can't hire another lawyer. Can't go back to DFEH because once you sign and relinquish them from investigating your case they're done .
