My experience with Kantor and Kantor was very professional and helpful from the start. I originally tried to appeal my case and fought it on my own for the first few years. I had found them via research online and called them and received free legal advice from Corinne Chandler before I was ready to... find an attorney. No other firm was willing to give me advice since my case had not been officially denied at that time. it was obvious that they were trying to deny me and her advice had armed me for a much stronger case in the long run, which I was very thankful for. I knew from that moment on that when my claim was denied, I would retain Kantor and Kantor. When I was done fighting the insurance giants on my own I called them first and was once again impressed with their professionalism. After retaining them I have to admit that I was a little disappointed that Corinne was not assigned to my case and instead I got a newer attorney that had worked for the firm for many years but had not been licensed very long. In time I realized that it did not matter as they all worked as a team and Glenn over sought the process. I really enjoyed working with Mitch Hefter who did an excellent job on my case. I think having Glenn's experience and reputation on my side combined with Mitch's spirited determination of being newer in the business was such a blessing in disguise. I had a fairly complicated case compared to most as my case file was much larger than average. Mitch was very thorough and did an excellent job writing up my appeal and mediation brief. He was very thoughtful and I believe he cared about the best outcome for me. In the long run we settled at a mediation. Glenn, his son Andrew and Mitch were all there for me. They were all very pleasant to spend the morning with which put me in a good mood despite the stressful situation and lack of sleep. Their experience and reputation in the business made me feel confident about reaching a positive outcome and I was very happy with the settlement. In a nutshell, I was very impressed with the job they did and I have no doubt I made the right choice retaining them. Waiting it out was hard but the outcome was well worth it. Be patient and trust in the process.
