Jennifer Anne Ruiz

Jennifer Ruiz is the claims coverage and litigation cousel for Western General Insurance Company. She has built her reputation on hard work, honesty and dedication to her clients. Jennifer Ruiz received her Bachelor of Arts in French from Occidental College in 1992 and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 1995.  During law school, she interned for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Sex Crimes Unit and volunteered at the Van Nuys Court Domestic Violence Clinic.

Jennifer Ruiz has over 25 years of litigation experience, which has included successfully taking to trial numerous cases to a jury verdict in almost all courts in Los Angeles County.  Her experience also includes successfully completing numerous binding arbitrations, mediations, and the taking of hundreds of depositions and Examinations Under Oath.  She has extensive experience in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death and elder abuse. She has had the unique exprience of handling both plainitf and defense cases and worked extensively with SIU matters. 

Jennifer Ruiz has successfully handled cases which involved automobile accidents, rental truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, property disputes, assaults, wrongful death, elder abuse and product defects.  She has worked with many types of experts, including physicians and surgeons, accident reconstructionists, biomechanical engineers, life care planners and vocational rehabilitation specialists.  She also has extensive experience working with several major insurers in the United States.
