If they send it you could be possessing child pornography under federal law. There a variety of other laws you could be violating. Stop this...

File a request for reconsideration with a copy of the proof. May not work, but can't hurt.

If he successfully completes probation he will be eligible for expungement under CA Penal Code section 1203.4 . It will show up as "dismissed" yet...

It is likely their negligence that caused the damage unless you saw it and intentionally ran over it.
