I contacted, consulted & hired Andy Baker regarding a permit issue w/ the city of LA. Andy was always very knowledgeable & professional on the phone & in person. His fees were VERY reasonable. I just tripped upon this site & am only commenting after reading earlier misleading posts. I am wondering how many lawyers in different fields these people have spoken to & hired? I hired Andy to evict a tenant from my guest house. I was in contact with him directly, either through email or by phone throughout the process. He would always respond promptly and kept me informed of my legal rights. He performed all of his fiduciary duties in looking after my interests. I would recommend him for evictions as well as information on building codes regarding a guest house. He knows building codes inside and out. Additionally, he is extremely knowledgeable about evictions from guest houses. In the end, the eviction went as planned.
