Adam Marshall Wasserman

Adam cut the overly summative talk about our daughter and was able to pinpoint where the breakdowns were and what she needed from the adults in the room. While not in the least rude, he called administration out on negligent behaviors and strongly and successfully advocated for her services. He was... an excellent listener to us as parents and the prior experiences we had had. Adam is the perfect combination of heart and knowledge.

Mr. Wasserman was a lifesaver for my daughters and my family. We had been trying for 4 years to get a fair and quality assessment and an IEP for our daughters with our local school district, and were repeatedly denied this. Finally, with Mr. Wasserman's help, we were able to settle a case with the di...strict amicably, ensure a fair and appropriate IEP for our twins, and keep their IEPs and services equitable. It’s a difficult realization that your child isn’t receiving the help at school that they need and deserve. It's equally difficult trying to navigate and understand the often complex language used to gauge their progress, it can be daunting. We were lucky to involve Adam Wasserman in this process.... He easily communicated with the school district and had a commanding understanding of all the documents and test results presented to him. He was able to identify and communicate with us and the district in such a way that quickly led to a settlement. Most importantly our child is getting the help that they have deserved all along.
