John Robert Neustadt

Unfortunately, I was rear ended twice in the course of three years. In the first accident which was 9/10, after interviewing different lawyers, I had the pleasure to met John. As we spoke about my case and what he could do for me, I knew this was the right attorney for me and I hired him on the spot.... I say "right attorney for me" because I am an ethical and honest person and John came across that way in our consultation. As my case progressed, John and his staff continued followed suit in the same manner. When he settled my case every "I was dotted and T was crossed". Once his office received payment from the insurance company, my check was made available to me in a very timely and expedient fashion. Throughout the whole process, John and his office staff always kept me in the loop as to what was happening with regard to my case. Needless to say, I was very happy with John's services. As I mentioned above, I was rear ended again three years and a week to the day. I knew where I would go for my PI claim, John Neustadt! My case this time was a little complicated because I was hit in a company car on company time, a dreadful worker's comp case. John does not handle worker's comp cases, however, he informed me I did have a PI claim as well. John skillfully was able to cut through all the "red tape" and extenuating worker's comp circumstances and go after my former employer's automobile insurance company. Once again throughout the whole ordeal, John and his staff where always in contact with me and giving me updates as they happened. Because this case was a bit more difficult to work, John continuously did what was necessary to make this case get resolved in a manner I was deserving. Since the insurance company was not willing to offer up a fair settlement, we went to a mediator to try and get it settled. Through the whole mediation process, I got to see John in action and I will say he was like a very skilled surgeon cutting through the negativity the insurance company's attorney was putting forth. After six and a half grueling hours of negotiations, John was able to get me a settlement that was very acceptable to me. Because my injuries were more extensive ( a combination of 11 procedures and surgeries) the settlement award would help me cover the costs of future medical treatments I will incur the rest of my life. I will tell you, if for some unfortunate reason you need a PI attorney, I HIGHLY recommend John Neustadt. He is a great lawyer and a genuinely nice and caring individual!
