John Robert Neustadt

A native of Los Angeles,  a UC Berkeley and Santa Clara Law graduate,  my focus has always been to protect the rights of California consumers who have been the unfortunate victims of the wrongdoing of others.  With extreme empathy to the plight of those who are suffering in pain,  my goal is to right a wrong,  bring a fair and peaceful solution to my client..  As a member of the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, (Formerly the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Association), I only represent the injured victim, and always oppose the insurance company which, sadly will always place it's own interests ahead of those who are entitled to fair compensation.  It brings me great satisfaction to receive justice for my clients.  Fortunately,  more than 98% of our cases are resolved by settlement without trial. 

Personally,  I have been married for 28 years to my beautiful wife, Marci,  a  Realtor at Keller Williams in Westlake Village, and have two wonderful children,  Michael and Brooke. 

 My passions are in the following order:  My family,  my clients, and as a licensed pilot,  volunteering my time and aircraft to  transport the injured, sick or disabled to medical treatment  within the Angel Flight West organization.
