I had requested a reference for a good lawyer who deals with family trusts on Facebook last year. A few people listed Jolene & said many positive things about her, so I reached out. Jolene responded to a message of mine very quickly and did not hesitate to chat with me about what I was needing. She e...xplained our options and came over to meet with my father who is getting up there in age. She was extremely patient with him as he has a heavy accent. She took her time and made sure he thoroughly understood everything. Jolene has always been available any time we have questions. She is such a positive and down-to-earth person and we really enjoyed working with her. She corrected my dad's trust that had some big errors in it from a previous lawyer that did not know what they were doing when my dad paid them several times to make corrections. That was very upsetting for my dad. Jolene cleaned it up and has made all the corrections my dad requested and now he feels confident about the status of his trust. We feel she is very honest and fair. We are so thankful for her help!
