I hired her in 2016 to handle a case for me at the time I felt that she was doing an admiral job, boy did I find out I was sleeping with the enemy. In September 2017 I asked her in a e-mail to cc me any and all communication with opposing counsel which she agreed to do, never once did she send me any... correspondence between the parties, then while I was going thru mediation she informed me that I needed to take out a loan for 3 grand to pay for the session I mind u I haven’t worked since 2016, but I did what was asked of me, come to find out thru opposing counsel I should have never taken out a loan for the mediation in fact he told me they pay for half and if I would have settled they would have paid it all, but the story becomes more wild once I confronted her about it she told me that the mediation costed 2750 so I asked her where’s the other 250 never got a response. That brings me today I settled a case on 8/3/18 with Farmers with Ms Roca as counsel, I had been trying to contact Ms Roca for about 3 weeks to ascertain when would the check be available never once did I get a reply, so I went to opposing counsel and boy did I find out some things first off I was told that not only has she been given the check she also cashed it and where not talking days but weeks. So I went to we’re her office is located at we work in Pasadena I checked in and had a seat to wait to speak with her,after about 15 min security and the maintenance personal came up to me and stated that I was not allowed on the property any longer I mind you I have becoming there for almost two yrs and was just there last Friday to retrieve my file that was thrown in a box missing all kinds of documents that are pertinent to my case. I plan on filing a complaint with the bar and other legal remedies that I am afforded

I was involved in an accident and in a lot of pain. I contacted Ms. Roca and she was able to help me find a specialist who would treat me while the case was still pending. She not only got all of my medical bills taken care of, but also money for the time I missed from work! I honestly don't know wha...t I would have done without her! She was always available to answer any questions I had, and took care of all the calls from the insurance company so I wouldn't have to worry about it. Overall A++ experience!

We had a car accident last 1-30-2013 needless to say, She was our champion in this case. She took care of everything, and kept us posted every step of the way. She fought long and hard for us. I am truly grateful. I will gladly refer her to my friends and relatives. More power to you atty Jenna, God ...bless you and your family.
