Garrett Law Group was my third attorney in my workmans compensation case. I could never get my first or second attorney to call me back. The staff at the Garrett firm left me on hold a lot. (Like the government does!) But when I finally did talk to them they explained the whole process about mone...y I would get and the neutral doctor. I got a good settlement.

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I HIRED SUSAN M GARRETT OVER A YEAR AGO AND HAVE NEVER SPOKEN TO HER BY PHONE AND HAVE NEVER MET HER. THE OFFICE STAFF OR ASSISTANTS ARE BEYOND RUDE. THEY FRUSTRATE YOU INSTEAD OF HELPING. THEY ARE ALWAYS BUSY AND LEAVE YOU ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME AND IF YOU'RE... LUCKY TO GET THEM TO HEAR YOU THEY HANG UP ON YOU, LEAVE YOU TALKING BY YOURSELF. THEY NEVER INFORM YOU OF ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR CASE. NO ONE THERE SEEMS TO CARE FOR YOUR PAINFUL INJURIES OR SUFFERING OR ECONOMIC PROBLEMS DUE TO THEIR LACK OF STRONG LEGAL HELP. I KEPT TELLING THEM I WASN'T RECEIVING MY WORKERS COMP CHECK ANY LONGER SO THEY SENT ME TO WORK KNOWING THAT MY ARM'S TENDONS WERE TORN AND REPEATEDLY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY FURTHER APPOINTMENTS TO SEE THE DOCTOR AGAIN EVEN WHEN I BEGGED FOR MORE PAIN PILLS AND TO SEE THE LAWYER. THEY KNOW I NEED SURGERY YET THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME TO GET IT. SHE DOES NOT FIGHT FOR YOU.

Every time you call the receptionist will say the person u want to speak to is busy and will call you back. They never return your phone calls. You have to keep calling them to get answers about your case. Also you need to be on them to make sure they process your paper work other wise they forget ab...out you. This is bad customer service. Receptionist is very rude and has bad manners. Every time you call them in regardsto your case they seemed botherd. I would not recommend them for a workers comp case at all. Terrible service.
