Biography
Over 20 years of top-notch legal experience in all aspects of business law. I was trained at prestigous AmLaw 100 law firms, and also gained valuable experience working for municipal government and then with a highly regarded business boutique law firm. I consulted law firms and clients on how to successfully grow and run their businesses, from operations to business development to making sure they are legally compliant.
I am currently Registered In House Counsel for a dymanic consulting company with clients exclusively in the auto industry. Therefore, I am not accepting private practice clients at this time.
During my career I have handled complex Chapter 11 bankruptcies and corporate restructuring; drafted, reviewed, and negotiated hundreds of contracts and licensing agreements; successfully navigated cases in the areas of health care law, employment law (both plantiff and defense), intellectual property, a variety of real estate transactions, and a wide range of commercial litigation.
