Rozsa Nagy

I was referred to Rosza Gyene Nagy by Legal Shield. She handled the probate on my condo. She did not explain the process. She did not tell me what forms needed to be filed, when they needed to be filed and when I would need to be in court. She did not tell me approximately how long it would take ...for each step in the process. She was disorganized - calling me the day before she needed me to be in court. She misspelled names on the paperwork and had to revise them multiple times. I was going to put the condo up for sale and wanted the escrow to close around the time the probate would be completed. My realtor called and talked to her to confirm the anticipated completion time. Because things were selling very quickly, my realtor wanted to be sure we didn't put the condo up for sale too early in the process. Rosza told both of us Probate would be done around the end of the month. I listed the condo and it sold quickly. The information Rosza gave us was totally wrong. She had to file the final set of papers at the end of the month. It would take approximately 3 more months for Probate to be finalized. Do not use her for Probate matters. Maybe she is better qualified in other areas of the law.
