I called Raffy to see if he could help me with a real estate issue I was having. Raffy said that due to the time-consuming nature of my problem, he couldn’t help me but could refer me to another lawyer. But he graciously agreed to a 1-hour consultation. He is a great listener, and his advice was e...xcellent. He drew upon years of legal experience, telling me what he thought I should do, and what my risks are with the various options I am considering. Frankly, he just comes across as someone with high integrity. He seems to derive satisfaction from doing an excellent job and cultivating a great reputation. I was amazed that at the end of our meeting he did not try to sell me on his services. I asked again if he could take my legal work, and he said he was too busy since he doesn’t like to outsource any legal work to other people, but prefers to do it all himself since that’s what his clients are expecting. I recommend that if you need legal advice, you call Raffy and see if he has time to help you. You won’t regret it.

Words cannot explain how impressed I am with Attorney Raffy Boulgourjian. I found him on the attorney website AVVO and am so truly thankful I did. I had rushed back to the country due to receiving court papers by a company claiming breach of contract (they were claiming I had signed to sell my hou...se to them at 50% off market price and at 200k less than what I owed the bank) My house was NOT for sale, not to mention, I was out of the country when this supposed contract was signed. (Sidenote > fraudulent realty scheme > yes they filed papers in court & yes they put a lien on my house) I was searching for attorneys on AVVO and after researching and cross referencing with other attorney review sites I compiled a list of potential attorneys and started making calls. Raffy was the chosen one. Not only was he patient and helpful, during the initial phone call he attempted to walk me through the steps that I could take in order to resolve this on my own without retaining his services and incurring attorney fees --- apparently he had a client with the same type of case as mine, copy paste except for our names. I appreciated his honesty in trying to save me money but could not take any chances in attempting to handle this myself... He was the chosen ONE. I retained his services and am so glad that I did. He was available throughout the entire process via phone call and email, he kept me updated in detail anytime he had new information. He took care of it all, got the lien taken off of my house got the fraudulent case against me dropped basically did everything he had set out to do and all in a short period of time. He sent me monthly invoices with a breakdown showing me exactly what was billed and get this…. In the end I get a check back for the money’s not used. I am going to be honest, as I was with him, I did not expect any money back, I feel like he under billed, it would have been worth every single penny had he kept the entire retainer and, yes, I would have written a review regardless, but, I am so impressed with this final action on his part that I decided to go more in detail with the specifics on my case and rid you of any doubts.. If you are reading this review and you need an attorney then don’t hesitate to call him. I have never been impressed with attorneys and have actually sided with the term “Lawyer=Liar” but not anymore. Raffy Bougourjian is a Lawyer and is a straight forward and honest person. I am now a believer that there are good people who turn into great attorneys with an amazing work ethic. I would not hesitate to refer clients to him for as long as he is an attorney and I as long as I am alive  Thank you Raffy, I praise and applaud you. You are a godsend.

We provided seller financing to the buyer of our home a few years back. After a while the loan payments stopped from our buyer. It was a desperate and rather complex situation. Raffy was candid with our case, saying it was a tough one, but accepted the challenge. Everything was professionally handled... and filed right before our window of opportunity to sue closed. I retained Mr. Boulgourjian to assist me with a complex real estate case over a year ago. I was previously represented by another attorney but my case ended up evolving further than initially expected and I found myself needing more of a litigation attorney. I was thus referred to Mr. Boulgourjian b...y one of his colleagues. There were many intricate facets to my case none more prevalent than the fact that I was suing a family member. Throughout the whole process Mr. Boulgourjian not only remainded extremely professional but was so comforting and understanding. As the case took its course, there were so many questions and concerns I had. Each time I brought one to his attention he was so informative and took his time explaining to me what to expect. One of the most reassuring aspects of our relationship was that he was always available. Whether it was email, phone, fax, or mail Mr. Boulgourjian never made me feel that I was not his main priority. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that his fees were so fair and not at all inflated like so many other attorneys tend to do. After about a year my case was finally resolved.
