She told me she had a “solid relationship” with the judge assigned to my restraining-order case. I provided her with contact information for five neighbors who had witnessed my neighbor threatening to kill me. On the day of court, I learned that she had never appeared before this judge and that none ...of the witnesses I provided had been contacted. The judge denied the restraining order for lack of evidence. I paid approximately $5,000 for representation, and the evidence and witnesses I had provided were not presented. Afterward, she told me, “I don’t know what happened, I actually tried on this one.” Based on my experience, I was extremely dissatisfied with the representation I received.
