Since 2007 I have focused almost exclusively on representing employee rights in the have experience prosecuting wage and hour class actions in state and federal courts. I have been appointed class counsel in 50 actions since 2006 recovering unpaid wages, overtime pay, missed breaks and other penalties on behalf of cheated employees. We have recovered over $50 million in wages and penalties on behalf of employees.

I also have expertise in protecting employee civil rights in the workplace. My clients are victims of wage theft (yes, indentured servitude and modern day slavery still exist in America), harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
