This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This sanction means the attorney had a suspension placed on hold (and ultimately removed) by complying with certain requirements.

I was on the brink of losing my dream home with a auction date set at the courthouse. I had tried so many other options to stop this from happening. I found this law firm and hired them. They saved my home by negotiating with the bank and wiped out the whole mortgage. It only took around one week to start the process and it was all done after the second week.

I paid this attorney $3000 in 2013 to "negotiate" and "settle" my second mortgage. Suffice to say it didn't work. The total output of this "firm" was about 15 minutes drafting and sending a poorly worded letter asking our lender to pretty please reduce our debt. Surprise, surprise, that didn't work.
Then they have the nerve to sign me up for some real estate agents mailing list to boot.
Stay far, far away.

After a few months of going back and forth, all parties involved at Thomas D'Arco lawfirm kept in communication with me at all times in help with my modification. I am currently working with my mortgage company with the modification process they helped develop. Thank you for all your hard work.
