Mortgage wiped out fast

I was on the brink of losing my dream home with a auction date set at the courthouse. I had tried so many other options to stop this from happening. I found this law firm and hired them. They saved my home by negotiating with the bank and wiped out the whole mortgage. It only took around one week to ...start the process and it was all done after the second week.

Can I give a zero star review?

I paid this attorney $3000 in 2013 to "negotiate" and "settle" my second mortgage. Suffice to say it didn't work. The total output of this "firm" was about 15 minutes drafting and sending a poorly worded letter asking our lender to pretty please reduce our debt. Surprise, surprise, that didn't work. ... Then they have the nerve to sign me up for some real estate agents mailing list to boot. Stay far, far away.

Thank You for the constant communication

After a few months of going back and forth, all parties involved at Thomas D'Arco lawfirm kept in communication with me at all times in help with my modification. I am currently working with my mortgage company with the modification process they helped develop. Thank you for all your hard work.

Took my money and did less than nothing

I gave this man Thomas R D'Arco's firm called Infinity Legal Group nearly $5,000.00 to negotiate a mortgage modification. I kept in constant contact with them in order to make sure they were working on my case. They did nothing for six weeks except run me up against a foreclosure deadline. Their s...olution was for me to initiate a bankruptcy to avoid the foreclosure. This would maybe buy 14 days of additional time but would still not guarantee against foreclosure. I was very upset and I told them I was not going to file bankruptcy. They admitted they had done no work on my file and offered to refund me in full. I accepted the refund offer but to date...for over six months now...they have not refunded me and have failed to respond to my e-mails, phone calls and letters asking for the refund they promised. Does this sound like someone you want to do business with? I ended up negotiating the mortgage modification on my own.

Home Mortgage Modification

I have to say that this was something I was really wary going into. I heard about all these firms that scam you of your money and get nothing done. However, I can thankfully say that was not the case with Infinity Legal Group along with The People's Resource Network. Jacklyne Davis of ILG and Eddi...e Guzman of PRN were great to work with throughout the whole process. Jacklyne got back to me whenever I left a voicemail or an email. Very responsive. I went from a 4.5% to 3.875%, which saved over $500 per month on our mortgage. Jacklyne wished she could have leveraged for a better deal, but I'm not complaining. PRN will pre-screen you to see if you're a good candidate for a modification and if you are then you would be referred over to ILG. So glad it's all over and the outcome was a positive one and right before Christmas!!
