Biography
I am a Partner at Domb & Rauchwerger Employment Law Group. I have spent years navigating both employees and employers through California’s complex legal system in all areas of employment law including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, trade secrets, COVID-19 legislation, and countless other types of employment disputes. Prior to founding Domb & Rauchwerger Employment Law Group, I was a partner at a national law firm dedicated to representing companies in various employment disputes.
After representing employers for many years, I have a keen understanding of how management thinks and defends against lawsuits. I am a zealous advocate for our clients in order to obtain the best results possible. However, I also understand that litigating and reliving unfair and illegal treatment can be very stressful, and I am an expert at providing a steady hand to help our clients navigate their lawsuit.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife, including hiking and biking.
