Biography
Alex Hartounian is the Managing Attorney of the Hartounian Law Firm.
He is a 2007 cum laude graduate of the Pepperdine University School of Law. He has a background in corporate law and has represented some of the largest companies in California and New York. He is licensed to practice law in both states.
Alex has served in the positions of Corporate Counsel and Associate General Counsel for corporate clients and, in these capacities, has handled mergers, acquisitions, corporate formations, bankruptcies, employment litigation and counsel, patent disputes, trademark matters as well as vendor and client negotiations.
During law school, Alex served as an Associate Editor of the Pepperdine Law Review as well as an extern to the current Chief Justice of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Honorable Alex Kozinski.
Alex currently practices in Los Angeles, CA and focuses primarily on employment litigation. He is a proud member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and co-chair of its Practice Management Committee.

He did what he could... And got more than predicted
Alex helped me with an employment predicament, where most attorneys were too afraid to take the time to attempt. I ended up getting more than I predicted and found him to be friendly yet professional.
