Vincent Peter Landeros

Vincent was an outstanding lawyer for my divorce case. He‘s an expert in his domain, and was phenomenal in court, should your divorce go to trial. Mine was a long case, and he stuck with it until the end. He fought for me when I didn’t have a lot of fight left, and I was awarded a lot more than I t...hought I would be. He’s a good man. He’s honest, always straight shooter. Compassionate too.

Vincent represented me in my prolonged, and very contentious divorce. By the time I hired him, my case had been going on for 3 years, and the “fancy” law firm that I had hired to ensure I could get the fair and equal custody of the children from my marriage had abandoned the case after running up six... figures in fees, and actually set the case back. Vincent took over, and with a very no-nonsense approach moved the case forward with significantly less fees, in spite of dealing with an opposing counsel who was determined to leverage her client’s anger and greed for her personal financial gain. Within a year of Vincent taking over the case I had the fair and equal custody of the children, and within another year, again while still dealing with people determined to milk every penny out of what remained of the case, Vincent had moved the case to its conclusion. I won’t tell you that I agreed with him 100% of the time, and there were times where opposing counsel’s lack of ethics and professionalism frustrated me in ways that I wished we could push back against, but ultimately, Vincent knows the law, and the system, and took the prudent decisions, which moved the case forward at minimal cost. I consider Vincent a very good lawyer, and a decent human being who wants to do his best in a system made to be as disastrous as possible.

Never responded to emails and phone calls, didn’t show up to meetings he had scheduled and was extremely condescending. When I asked a question he responded with “this is why you should write this down.” Put his own address down for my alimony checks and I had to pick them up from his office and it t...ook him months to change it to my address. When I called him and he never responded for weeks I had to fire him and then almost a year after my divorce was finalized he sent a bill! He’s extremely shady and I do not want anyone else to have the same horrible experience I had. Getting divorced is difficult enough, you don’t need a jerk for a lawyer on top of it!

Would definitely recommend Mr.landeros,me being out of state and my ex spouse making everything harder than it should be I didn’t know what to do or who could help me until Mr. Landeros stepped in to help me and resolve the issue he helped me with the divorce and child support issues thank you so muc...h couldn’t have done it with out you!!
