Totally unprepared when we went to Court. Had no paperwork on my case in Court. Figures he can ‘wing it’ because of his years as a lawyer. I cannot believe the other reviewers. His staff is as unprofessional as Mr. Guerrero is. They will lose your papers, ask for them several times over. Explains... almost nothing to you. Does more for the other side than you. Can never get a hold of him, ‘always in a meeting’. Charges way too much for what he does for you. It’s so hard to find a good lawyer in a divorce. My advice, keep looking for another attorney when it comes to Mr. Guerrero.

You're always skeptical in the beginning. Having to hire an attorney usually means there is stress involved somewhere in your life. You're not on your game and don't always make the right choices. Hiring an attorney to represent your best interest isn't always easy. However, having a trustworthy atto...rney that has excellent communication skills for someone lacking family law code knowledge is key. Which is exactly why I would recommend Mr. Guerrero to anyone facing challenges in their life.
