Mr. Pimentel represents plaintiffs in a variety of labor and employment law areas, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, unpaid wages, and retaliation cases. In addition, he represents plaintiffs in personal injury matters, including slip and falls, dangerous or defective products, and automobile accidents.
Mr. Pimentel has significant courtroom experience, and has obtained several jury verdicts and multi-million dollar settlements for his clients.
While in law school, Mr. Pimentel served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson, of the United States District Court, Central District of California.
Mr. Pimentel obtained his law degree from Loyola Law School-Los Angeles in May 2009, and was an Editor on the International & Comparative Law Review.
Mr. Pimentel has been admitted to practice law in the state of California since December 2009.
