Ms. Gross helped my son and family backtrack and figure out exactly where his progress and related services for special education services got all jumbled up. She described everything about my experience of course in our story BUT she also figured out everything with his school records. I was astonis...hed at the failures to provide FAPE that were uncovered and that I had missed. I will continue to thank her for helping my son. Mrs. Gross did a case for my special needs son and you could tell she only wanted the best for him. She is very thorough, professional, and compassionate about her job. Hello parents please stop stressing and going insane !!! I did it for years. So I feel your pain and not fair to our children. But since I hired Sarah she made me and my family feel safe and comfortable and explain law's even our rights to us and even in this crazy covid-19 world right now she took... action immediately took things off my plate and got things done things that I have been trying to do for years by myself. Schools and districts say they do their part with you're child but really don't they toy u around and just pass them grades and it gets to a point where your child falls behind develop mental issues reaches a Breaking point and hates school and you wonder what is happening to child . As of this year after Sarah getting my child all his needs, resources, it's only been two months but I have seen a difference and 360 turn around in my child we still have a long road to recovery but I have to say the anxiety ,nervousness , anger has slowed down or stopped and has gained confidence really enjoying school again and liking his new teachers that are trained and educated w kids w needs.
