I cannot emphasize enough how patient, thorough and kind Ms Sarah Gross was during our entire process. She educates you on information that is not given by school districts, offers resources, answers all your questions, quickly responds and just makes you feel understood. Do NOT hesitate to call her ...for a consultation and definitely to hire her! I have such a busy schedule with my special needs child and can barely keep up. I’m sure all parents in this situation can understand trying to juggle work, being a parent and non stop advocate for a child in a world that is not easily accommodated. Mrs. Gross did a case for my special needs son and you could tell she only wanted the best for him. She is very thorough, professional, and compassionate about her job.
