I cannot emphasize enough how patient, thorough and kind Ms Sarah Gross was during our entire process. Mrs. Gross did a case for my special needs son and you could tell she only wanted the best for him. She is very thorough, professional, and compassionate about her job. I’ve had a horrible 3 years with school/district. I finally gave in and reached for a legal representation. Sarah was my saving grace that gave me confidence that I was doing the right thing.
