Ms. Gross helped my son and family backtrack and figure out exactly where his progress and related services for special education services got all jumbled up. She described everything about my experience of course in our story BUT she also figured out everything with his school records. I was astonis...hed at the failures to provide FAPE that were uncovered and that I had missed. I will continue to thank her for helping my son. Mrs. Gross did a case for my special needs son and you could tell she only wanted the best for him. She is very thorough, professional, and compassionate about her job.
