Richard Gordon Rasmussen

I have been practicing in the areas of corporate and real estate transactions for 28 years.  In the corporate area, I handle mergers, stock and asset purchase and sale transactions, private offereings, entity structuring, employment and buy-sell agreements, corporate governance and general business contracts.  In the real estate area, my practice includings commercial property acquistions, securing financing on behalf of lenders and borrowers, complex title issues, lease (ground, office and reatail) transactions, and licensing and easement arrangements.  

I am also a founding partner of AFRCT, LLP, which is a full-service law firm headquartered in Pasadena, California.  Our 35+ lawyers can service most every legal need encountered by today's businesses, including litigation, appeals, bankruptcy, corporate, real estate, employment, executive compensation, tax and estate planning, as well as a signficant lender liability defense practice.  We have offices in California, Oregon and Washington.
