Mr Medina in our initial consultation told me what I needed to hear, not what I thought I wanted to hear. He is very experienced and basically pushed my case forward because the other party seemed to want to drag things out. Lets face facts..... This was a divorce. no one is ever 100% satisfied. I... did however receive what I now know is a more than fair settlement. Both in terms of custody and support. I came out better than many fathers. Had I represented myself I do not believe this would have been the case. My case took a little over 2 years to complete, but from the time I spent in court I figure my case took about 1/2 the average. My lawyer was fair in billing and explained the process at the beginning and throughout the case. I do not ever wish to need his services again, but I would not hesitate to recommend him or call him myself should the need arise. Mr Medina is a fair and competent family lawyer. In my opinion he is in the top 5% of his field.

After hard work of litigation, the contempt was dismissed, attorney fees and costs which was brought against me was denies. I know one thing, Randy Medina is a keeper. I need him to protect me and my children while my children are minors and leaving 3000 miles away from their non custodial parent. No one is better than Randy Medina, period. I spoke with about 10 well regarded attorneys seeking legal services, and Randy was hands down the best. He managed my legal need with the practical know how and efficiency of an experienced lawyer who didnt fly at an altitude of over 30k feet above my needs. It's difficult for me to trust lawyers ...(because I am one myself), but he immediately put me and my spouse at ease with his nuts and bolts knowledge of the process and players. he also is one of the most reasonably priced lawyers I have ever worked with. He could have easily overcharged us.

I hired Mr. Medina to represent me in a divorce. My first complaint is that he was never prepared. Every consult he asked me to remind him where we were and his notes were inaccurate requiring me to correct him on numerous facts. Next, he would tell me he was just going to request a continuance an...d there was no need for me to be present. I would later find out that decisions were made without my knowledge which had a negative impact on my case. I began to feel that he was actually siding with my ex and was manipulating the case to negatively impact me, and encouraging me to settle for less. On occasion he double booked hearings and would be late to my hearings as I sat in the courtroom with a judge asking where my attorney was as my case on the docket came up, even up to an hour later. Also, the time I was billed for the double bookings and having to wait for him to show up an hour later, and other matters were wrong. Finally, through the entire years long process, I never felt that he was representing me or fighting for me. I would never recommend him to anyone.

I hired this attorney years ago to represent my son. Me Medina is not worth mentioning. He had several cases scheduled the same day as my son’s, he was scattered and all over the place. With the money he was paid, I should have done my research and hired someone who could have represented my son’s cu...stody case with more attention. Do your research on this attorney, as you will find other bad reviews. Mr Medina called me fake on “Yelp”. With any attorney you hire, you expect some sense of hope, that’s all this Attorney’s gives you but it’s all words, no action.
