Mr Medina in our initial consultation told me what I needed to hear, not what I thought I wanted to hear. He is very experienced and basically pushed my case forward because the other party seemed to want to drag things out. Lets face facts..... This was a divorce. no one is ever 100% satisfied. I... did however receive what I now know is a more than fair settlement. Both in terms of custody and support. I came out better than many fathers. Had I represented myself I do not believe this would have been the case. My case took a little over 2 years to complete, but from the time I spent in court I figure my case took about 1/2 the average. My lawyer was fair in billing and explained the process at the beginning and throughout the case. I do not ever wish to need his services again, but I would not hesitate to recommend him or call him myself should the need arise. Mr Medina is a fair and competent family lawyer. In my opinion he is in the top 5% of his field.

I hired Mr. Medina for a child custody case. I was impressed with his knowledge of the law and how it applied to my situation in particular. He advocated for me and my children before the judge to achieve a resolution that really benefited my children. He was very professional and well respected by t...he judge. The judge even told me in court that I had a very good lawyer working for me. If I had to do it all over again, I would hire Mr. Medina again.

I was very pleased with Mr. Medina's services. I could email him directly with questions regarding my case and he replied with promptness by either email or calling me directly depending on the urgency. His staff was very pleasant and helpful. I felt like he stood his ground when trying to reach a... mutual agreement with opposing party. My children were in his best interest and I would recommend him to anyone going thru child custody.

I’m Canadian and had full legal custody of my two children, my ex wife has been harassing me for several years with legal suits filed in California.
